【产品简介】
High-molecular wear-resistant particle adhesive is a high-performance wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polymer ceramic coating composed of high-performance wear-resistant materials (metal carbides, small spherical ceramics, etc.) and modified toughened heat-resistant resin and other polymer composite materials. It is widely used for repairing various wear parts and preparing wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings on the surfaces of mechanical parts that require wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
【典型用途】
The wear-resistant particle adhesive is widely used for pre-coating and repairing wear-resistant surfaces of equipment and pipelines in mining, mineral processing, oil fields, metallurgy, cement production, power plants, etc. It can extend the service life of equipment and spare parts, save maintenance costs, and shorten downtime for repairs.
【使用方法】
1. Surface preparation: Roughen the area to be repaired (by angle grinding or sandblasting, etc.), then clean it with a special cleaning agent and air-dry it; the treated substrate surface should be rough, clean, and dry;
2. Mixing: Mix Part A and Part B evenly according to the ratio and use within 30 minutes. Generally, mix as you apply; the maximum amount mixed at one time should not exceed 4 kg. If too much is mixed, the adhesive will cure too quickly, and part of it will solidify before being used up, making it unusable. Adjust the amount according to actual temperature—mix slightly more in winter and slightly less in summer. If the temperature is too low, Part A can be appropriately heated to reduce viscosity for easier mixing.
3. Application: The suitable coating thickness for this product is 3–8 mm, with a maximum thickness of 30 mm. Apply the mixed material layer by layer to the area to be repaired. The first layer should be pressed firmly to ensure full wetting with the substrate. After the coating reaches the required thickness, level the surface. This material cannot be machined, so care should be taken to control the coating thickness to avoid interference during assembly.
4. Curing: Curing at 25°C for 24 hours allows it to be put into service (heating to 80°C and holding for 2 hours can improve overall performance by 30%). If the temperature is below 5°C, use heating or extend the curing time to promote curing. In winter construction, an iodine-tungsten lamp can be used for heating by irradiating from a distance of 40 cm from the coating.
