Henan Yuxin Power Generation is a state-owned holding enterprise under the State Power Investment Corporation, with power and heat production and supply as its core business. The company is headquartered in Fengquan District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. This project involved the repair and replacement of pulverized coal exhauster fan impellers. Titan-Shield Technology received the worn-out old pulverized coal exhauster blades, which had become severely deformed due to wear. It was necessary to first repair the pulverized coal exhauster before applying ceramic anti-wear treatment.

Titan-Shield Technology technicians first removed the rivets and hub from the pulverized coal exhauster transported to the workshop, then secured it to the fixture. The severely worn blades were cut off, and the worn areas on the rear disk of the pulverized coal exhauster body were repaired by build-up welding. The front disk was ground smooth and then surface-machined. Subsequently, the custom-made wear-resistant blades were overlaid with wear-resistant ribs using T507 electrodes on the blade surfaces, followed by roughing and spray-welding of a wear-resistant layer.
