[Project Overview]
This project is a factory-return straightening, build-up welding, and repair project for induced draft fan blades at Datang Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant, with the fan model being HU25242. The scope includes straightening and build-up welding repair of the primary and secondary rotating blades on the A-side induced draft fan. After metal inspection, tungsten carbide anti-wear treatment is to be applied to the windward side and blade surfaces.
[Construction Site Work]
This is a double-stage variable-pitch axial flow fan. Xi'an Zhongjian Shengtang carried out build-up welding repair and anti-wear treatment on the worn areas of the fan blades in accordance with technical requirements. Throughout the construction process, during blade repair, Xi'an Zhongjian Shengtang first ground off the wear-resistant layer that had delaminated from the base material, while retaining the portions still well-bonded to the substrate. Laser cladding technology was then used to restore the missing areas of the blades. After restoring the blade dimensions using the original material, dye penetrant inspection was conducted.
