[Project Overview]
This project is a special anti-corrosion repair project for the baghouse dust collector system of Unit #1 at the Jiangshan Waste-to-Energy Plant. Key areas such as the dust hopper under the dust collector, the inlet air tee, the middle casing, and the inlet expansion joint have long been subjected to high-temperature dust-laden flue gas scouring, acidic medium corrosion, and alternating stress conditions. As a result, issues including wear of the anti-corrosion layer, localized rusting, and sealing failure have emerged, compromising equipment operational stability and service life, and requiring urgent specialized repair and treatment.

Given the prolonged exposure of the baghouse dust collector to high-temperature, dust-laden, and acidic flue gas corrosion, Beijing Titan-Shield Technology adopted the technical solution of hexagonal mesh anti-corrosion coating to provide wear protection treatment for the baghouse dust collector.
