[Project Overview]
This project is an anti-corrosion treatment construction project for the intermediate square flue ducts between the three furnace reaction towers and dust collectors at CECEP (Xi'an) Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. The core construction scope involves anti-corrosion treatment for the steel structures in the plant's production area. The process begins with cleaning and rust removal of the equipment and steel structure substrates. Based on the equipment configuration and technical specifications, manual brush coating is adopted to apply a wear-resistant ceramic anti-corrosion coating layer over the entire structure, comprehensively enhancing the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the flue duct steel structures, effectively addressing the long-standing issue of corrosion damage during operation, and ensuring stable and long-term equipment performance.
[Construction Site Work]
The construction site is located within the plant's active production area, where flue duct equipment is densely arranged with limited working space. Construction must be coordinated with ongoing plant operations without production stoppages, imposing strict control requirements. Prior to construction, comprehensive on-site surveys and safety technical briefings were completed, with proper isolation and protection of the construction area. During construction, strict control was exercised over critical processes including rust removal, substrate cleaning, and manual brush application of ceramic coating, with rigorous adherence to process specifications and coating thickness requirements. Safety and civilized construction standards were fully implemented throughout, with well-planned construction workflows to avoid cross-operation conflicts, efficient coordination with all parties, and successful completion of all construction work with quality assurance, culminating in a smooth project acceptance.
