[Project Overview]
The induced draft fan at North United Power Dalate Power Plant had long been operating in a high-temperature dust-laden flue gas environment. The blades suffered from coating detachment, localized thinning, and other defects due to scouring and erosion, which could easily cause excessive fan vibration, reduced efficiency, and compromise the safe and stable operation of the unit. This project carried out specialized repair of the induced draft fan blades, mainly including blade inspection, old coating removal, wear repair, anti-wear protection, and dynamic balance testing, effectively eliminating equipment hazards, restoring equipment performance, and ensuring safe and stable unit operation.
[Construction Site Work]
The construction site was located at the production workshop of Beijing Titan-Shield Technology. Upon receipt of the blades, Titan-Shield technicians conducted defect inspection, old coating removal, wear repair, and anti-wear treatment. After completion, dynamic balance testing and equipment commissioning were carried out. Strict process control was implemented throughout the entire procedure to ensure repair quality and equipment operational reliability.
