Product Introduction

The Tidun Shield wear-resistant ceramic fan impeller adopts metal oxide ceramics covering the flow passage surface to greatly improve the wear resistance of the impeller. It is mainly manufactured with high-performance engineering ceramics such as alumina, silicon carbide and zirconia. A composite ceramic layer is formed on the working surface of the impeller, while secondary sintered silicon nitride toughened ceramics or zirconia-toughened alumina ceramics are applied on severely worn local areas. These ceramic materials feature extremely high hardness. The hardness of toughened alumina composite materials reaches HRA ≥ 86, with a maximum value above HRA 94. Its resistance to particle erosion and abrasion is more than 5 times higher than that of conventional treatments such as tungsten carbide surfacing, spraying and overlay welding, and over 100 times higher than the base 16Mn steel substrate.

Technical Advantages

Adopting advanced ceramic-metal composite manufacturing technology, the product maintains a stable shear strength of up to 35 MPa under high-speed operation, with a maximum temperature resistance of 450℃. According to different operating temperatures, diversified composite processes including bonding, welding and inlaying can be adopted. The operational safety factor is verified above 100, ensuring zero ceramic detachment during long-term fan operation.
