Product Introduction

Our Graphene Anti‑Corrosion Coating is developed by www.td1998.com. It is a corrosion‑resistant smooth‑surface coating material mixed with inorganic‑silicon modified resin and polytetrafluoroethylene as film‑forming solution, ceramic and ceramic‑like powders as fillers, and graphene as dispersant.

Featuring superior adhesion, acid‑alkali corrosion resistance, high hardness and excellent thermal‑shock resistance, the product has been successfully applied to corrosive flue ducts in coal‑chemical, power plant and cement plant facilities. Multiple tests verify that our graphene anti‑corrosion coating delivers a comprehensive service life of 5‑8 years.

Material Features

(1) With graphene added, graphene forms a unique anti‑permeation barrier together with ceramic fillers, achieving low permeability for corrosive gases.

(2) Long‑term anti‑corrosion. Both the coating film solution and fillers exhibit excellent acid & alkali resistance, so the composite coating achieves outstanding anti‑corrosion performance.

(3) Strong adhesion. The coating bonds firmly to substrates with Grade‑1 adhesion.

(4) Good temperature resistance. The coating can withstand temperatures up to 200 °C. It has a high linear thermal expansion coefficient. The thin‑film coating delivers favorable thermal‑shock resistance.

(5) Non‑stick property. The coating surface is smooth with a low friction coefficient. It is non‑wetting against tar, which effectively prevents sticky deposits on dust collectors and flue ducts.

Application Method

This coating is a two‑component curing system. Add the full bottle of curing agent and immediately mix thoroughly with electric stirrer (approx. 3 min). Use up within 1 hour, otherwise premature curing may occur.

Adopt air‑spraying process, apply two coats with an interval of no less than 24 hours between coats. The recommended total coating thickness shall be greater than 0.3 mm.

Precautions

  1. This coating features high solid content and high viscosity. After adding curing agent, high‑power electric stirrer is mandatory for thorough mixing. (Stirrer power>2000 W recommended; agitate up‑and‑down for 2‑3 minutes).

  2. Ambient temperature shall not be lower than ‑15 ℃, relative humidity shall not exceed 90 %. Ventilation is required for confined or semi‑enclosed spaces.

  3. Store product in dry, cool and ventilated conditions at ‑5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. Containing highly active anti‑corrosion components, shelf life is 3 months. Keep away from heat and ignition sources.

  4. Contains organic solvents. No open flame during application. Work in open‑air or well‑ventilated areas only.

  5. Wear protective respirator and safety goggles. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin.
