Independently developed by Tidun, the robotic intelligent laser additive manufacturing system takes industrial robots as the core motion unit, serving as a professional laser cladding processing system adaptable to various complex structures and non-standard parts. Featuring highly flexible and configurable setup, the system can be equipped with robots of different specifications according to actual application scenarios, together with optional positioners, rotary tables and sliding tables to realize laser cladding and surface treatment for workpieces of diverse processing types. It is mainly applied to body maintenance and surface strengthening of industrial metal equipment.
