Product Introduction

The Tidun Shield wear-resistant ceramic fan impeller adopts metal oxide ceramics to cover the flow passage surface, effectively improving the surface wear resistance of the impeller. This fan impeller is mainly made of high-performance engineering ceramics including alumina, silicon carbide and zirconia. A composite ceramic layer is applied on the working surface of the impeller, while secondary sintered silicon nitride toughened ceramics or zirconia-toughened alumina ceramics are adopted for local areas subject to severe wear.
These ceramic materials feature ultra-high hardness. The toughened alumina composite material achieves a hardness of HRA ≥ 86, with a maximum value exceeding HRA 94. Its particle erosion and wear resistance is more than 5 times higher than that of conventional surface treatment processes such as tungsten carbide surfacing, spraying and overlay welding, and over 100 times higher than the 16Mn steel substrate.

Technical Advantages

Adopting mature ceramic-metal composite manufacturing technology, the bonding interface between the ceramic layer and the metal substrate maintains a stable shear strength of up to 35 MPa during high-speed impeller operation, with a maximum operating temperature resistance of 450℃. Multiple composite manufacturing processes including bonding, welding and inlaying can be selected according to actual operating temperature conditions.
The verified operational safety factor exceeds 100, which completely prevents ceramic layer peeling and falling off during long-term continuous operation, ensuring stable and reliable equipment operation under harsh working conditions.
