Titan-Shield Wear-Resistant Magnetic Ceramic is a new type of wear-resistant material sintered at high temperature from magnetic materials composed of iron, cobalt, nickel, and oxides of certain rare earth metals. It offers both excellent abrasion resistance and high construction efficiency. It is widely applied in material conveying pipelines in cement plants, power plants, and other industrial sectors. 1. Dual wear-resistant function: In addition to its inherent wear resistance, the magnetic principle causes it to adsorb material particles entrained in the air stream, forming a protective layer on the surface similar to moss in water, which sways with the airflow to reduce resistance and achieve a "material-on-material" wear effect.
2. Unaffected by ambient temperature: Conventional non-metallic wear-resistant products generally fall into two categories – wear-resistant ceramic tiles and wear-resistant ceramic coatings – both of which require construction temperatures above 5°C for optimal performance. Our product can be applied at any temperature without affecting service quality.
3. Simple construction procedure: No rust removal or surface preparation of the equipment is required during construction – the tiles are directly adsorbed onto the surface. No curing is needed after construction, and replacement or repair is convenient.
4. Short construction period: Average daily installation output reaches 50–120 square meters, with no curing time required – the system can be put into operation immediately.
5. Easy maintenance: Repairs can be made at any location, instant replacement is possible, and thickness can be arbitrarily increased.
6. Energy-saving feature: After adsorbing material powders, the wear-resistant magnetic ceramic liner can rotate freely 360 degrees with the airflow, reducing resistance and saving electrical energy.
