[Product Introduction and Construction Services]
Titanium Shield wear-resistant magnetic ceramics are a new type of wear-resistant material made of magnetic materials composed of iron, cobalt, nickel, and some rare earth metal oxides, sintered at high temperatures. They possess both excellent wear resistance and efficient application. They are widely used in material conveying pipelines in industrial sectors such as cement plants and power plants. To ensure the protective effect on industrial equipment, Titanium Shield Technology has specially trained its own construction team to tailor magnetic ceramic wear-resistant construction solutions for each project.
Key Features of Titanium Shield Wear-Resistant Magnetic Ceramic
1. The product has dual wear-resistant function: In addition to its own wear-resistant function, due to the principle of magnetism, it will attract materials carried in the wind, so that the surface forms a protective layer like moss in water that swings with the wind direction, reducing resistance and achieving the effect of material grinding.
2. Application is unaffected by ambient temperature: Two common types of non-metallic wear-resistant products are wear-resistant ceramic sheets and wear-resistant ceramic coatings. Both require application at temperatures above 5℃ to fully realize their properties. Our products, however, can be applied at any temperature without affecting their performance.
3. Simple construction procedure: No need to treat the rust on the equipment surface during construction; it can be directly adsorbed. No maintenance is required after construction; replacement and repair are convenient.
4. Short construction period: The average daily construction volume is 50-120 square meters, no maintenance is required, and it can be put into production directly.
5. Easy to repair: can be repaired at will, replaced instantly, and thickened as needed.
6. Energy-saving features: After the wear-resistant magnetic ceramic liner adsorbs material powder, it can rotate 360 degrees with the wind direction, reducing resistance and saving energy.
