1. Ultra-long wear life: The composite ceramic layer on the working surface of the impeller has a hardness of HRA≥86, with localized use of secondary sintered silicon nitride toughened ceramic or zirconia toughened alumina ceramic, reaching HRA94 or above. The erosion wear resistance against abrasive particles is more than 5 times higher than that of conventional treatment methods, and more than 100 times higher than that of 16Mn steel.
2. Safe, reliable, and efficient: Utilizing high-tech composite ceramic technology as well as non-destructive testing and repair techniques, the shear strength of the ceramic-metal composite layer under high-speed rotation of the impeller reaches up to 35MPa. Depending on the different ceramic composite processes, the maximum temperature resistance can reach 200℃.
3. Excellent corrosion resistance: The titanium-shield wear-resistant ceramic primarily uses engineering ceramics such as alumina, silicon carbide, and zirconia as main materials. These ceramic materials possess good chemical stability, effectively resisting corrosion from chemicals such as acids and alkalis, and can operate in complex and harsh environments.
